I wanted to share a quick administrative update about the legal ownership of Hydrozen.io.

What Changed

Hydrozen.io has been transferred from Hydrozen LLC (registered in Sheridan, Wyoming, USA) to A2 Ventures, a sole proprietorship registered in India, owned and operated by me — Raghu Chinnannan.

The registered address for A2 Ventures is: 3-6, Paravalikadu, Kanjampudhur, Vadugapatty, Sankari, Salem, Tamilnadu, India – 637301

The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy have been updated to reflect this change, including a jurisdiction update — any disputes are now governed by Indian law and courts in Tamilnadu, India.

What Has Not Changed

This is a purely administrative and legal restructuring. Nothing about the service itself has changed:

• No new signups are being accepted. This remains a non-commercial project.
• Existing users continuing on a courtesy basis are unaffected.
• The service continues to run as-is for open-source projects and legacy users.
• All contact points remain the same — [email protected]

Why

The LLC in Wyoming was set up when Hydrozen.io was a commercial venture. Since it is no longer operating commercially, maintaining a US entity no longer made sense. Moving ownership under a personal Indian sole proprietorship keeps things simple and in line with where I am actually based.
